በሁለት ጥንታዊ በሆኑ መስቀለኛና ወርቃማ ቁልፎች መካከል፤ ሰማያዊ ሉል ይታያል፡፡ በሉሉ መካከል በተጋደመና በመካከሉ ላይ ደግሞ ወደ ላይ በቆመ ወርቃማ ብረት ላይ፤ የኢትዮጵያ ተዋህዶ ቤተክርስቲያን የወርቅ መስቀል ተቀምጧል፡፡ ቁልፎቹና መስቀሉ፤ ክብ በሆኑና ወርቃማ መሰረት ባላቸው ቀለበቶች ውስጥ በላይ በኩል፤ “የከፍተኛ ቻንስለር ቢሮ”፤ ከታች በኩል ደግሞ “የኢትዮጵያ ዘውድ ምክርቤት” የሚሉ የአማርኛ ጽሁፎች ይታያሉ፡፡
