On an oval in the style of a Traditional Ethiopian Shield parted per fess wavy in chief Or a sheaf of three arrows surmounted by a crown of olive branches and at the bottom by a quill pen fesswise, and in base barry wavy of six Azure and Argent, the whole surrounded by the Sash of a Dame Grand Cross with Jewels of the Order of the Star of Honour of Ethiopia, the Riband and Insignia of same pendant below the base of the Shield; and for a Motto: “Service, Honour, Loyalty;” and for Supporters: A pair of Royal Palm trees [Roystonea regia]. Pendent below the Escrol the Riband and Insignia of a Dame Grand Cross of the Order of the Ethiopian Lion.
ሞላላ ክብ በሆነ የኢትዮጵያ ወርቃማ ባህላዊ ጋሻ ውስጥ በታች በኩል፤ ሰማያዊና ነጭ ቀለማት ያላቸው ሰፋፊ የመስመር ሞገዶች ይታያሉ፡፡ በጋሻው ውስጥ በላይ በኩል ደግሞ፤ ሶስት መስቀለኛ ጦሮች በሁለት አረንጓዴ የዘውድ የወይራ ቅርንጫፎች የተከበቡ ሲሆን ከእነሱ ዝቅ ብሎ የላባ ብዕር ይታያል፡፡ የኢትዮጵያ የክብር ኮከብ ከፍተኛ መስቀል ሳሽ በጋሻው ዙሪያ ይታያል፡፡ ከጋሻው በታች፤ የኢትዮጵያ የክብር ኮከብ ከፍተኛ መስቀል ኒሻንና ሪባን ተንጠልጥሏል፡፡ ከኒሻኑ በታች፤ “አገልግሎት፤ ክብር፤ ታማኝነት” የሚል መሪ-ቃል ይታያል፡፡ ወርቃማ የማርቺኦነስ ኮሮኔት ከጋሻው ላይ ተቀምጧል፡፡ ከመሪ-ቃሉ በታች የኢትዮጵያ አንበሳ ከፍተኛ መስቀል ኒሻንና ሪባን ተንጠልጥለዋል፡፡
