Pendant below the Shield is the neck Ribbon and Insignia of a Commander of the Star of Honour of Ethiopia; Motto: “Virtus Sola Nobiltas;” and pendant below the Escrol the Ribbon and Insignia of a Member of the Order of the Ethiopian Lion.
ክብ በሆነና ወርቃማ መሰረት ባለው የኢትዮጵያ ባህላዊ ጋሻ ላይ፤ ቀይ አንበሳ የፊት እግሮቹን ወደላይ አንስቶ ይታያል፡፡ ሁለት ጥቁር የእንስሳ ፈሮች ከአንበሳው በግራና በቀኝ ይታያሉ፡፡ ከአንበሳው በታች ደግሞ፤ አረንጓዴና ክብ የሴልቲክ መስቀል ተቀምጧል፡፡ ከጋሻው በታች፤ የኢትዮጵያ የክብር ኮከብ ኒሻንና የአንገት ሪባን ተንጠልጥለዋል፡፡ ከጋሻው በላይ ደግሞ፤ አንፋሮ የተቀመጠ ሲሆን፤ ከአንፋሮው በቀኝ በኩል የታሰሩ፤ አረንጓዴ፤ ቢጫና ቀይ ሪባኖች ወደቀኝ ይውለበለባሉ፡፡ “ጸጋ ማለት በጎነት ብቻ ነው” የሚል መሪ-ቃል፤ከጋሻው በታችና ከኢትዮጵያ የክብር ኮከብ ኒሻኑ ግራና ቀኝ ይታያል፡፡ ከመሪ-ቃሉ በታች፤ የኢትዮጵያ አንበሳ የአባልነት ማዕረግ ኒሻንና ሪባን ተንጠልጥለዋል፡፡
